- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I switched from Alerus over to these guys because I heard such wonderful things. Getting a loan always takes days longer than the loan officer will tell you. Just expect 2 weeks before everything is said and done. They'll tell you 24-48 hours. Trying to get in contact with any of them in a way other than email is nearly impossible. I set up a business account with them a couple months ago, still can't figure out how to operate the online banking for it, customer service has been no help. They did give me a business loan that I never expected to get, but that's the only good thing I have to say about them. I'm sure there's better banks, but switching everything over is such a hassle.By PickupsAreNotTrucks, July 30, 2017
