- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was pricing policies myself and it was not going as simply or easy as they make it sound on the commercials. I got conflicting policies based on replacement costs that varied widely. (I didn't understand replacement costs for Home Owners policies) I decided to try an independent Insurance Agent because I wanted them to actually look at every company out there. I stopped in and talked to Brad. He explained everything, took my info and in a couple days had policy estimates from 3 different Companies. None of them were the big ones on TV so I never would have looked at them. I saved $400/yr over my previous Policy from Country Ins. There is no reason to screw around searching for yourself.
