- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I experienced friendly service from the bank tellers and the branch manager Cameron. However, I am NOT recommending people to use this branch for home loans. I experienced horrible customer service from Melissa, the only home loan officer in the Fargo area for this bank. We wanted to maintain our relationship with this bank because we had our last mortgage through them and they had good interest rates, however Melissa made this impossible. She was extremely rude and hard to get in touch with via phone or in person when going to the branch. She dodged us numerous times when trying to make contact for finalizing the loan as we are closing on a house on August 7th, 2014 in another state. She was terribly unprofessional, dressed in what can only be described as "gym/loungewear" and made excuse after excuse for herself. Stay away if you know what is best for you or at least wait until they hire a new loan officer there.By Amy Underwood, May 11, 2017
